Reflections

* I offered to make lunches for my parents as well (because Mum's just started a calorie-counting diet and Dad will just eat a larger portion of whatever Mum has). This was a good idea, save for the fact that they leave at approximately the same time I get up in the morning. I refused to cook rice the night before. This led to exhaustion on my part, because I can't change my nocturnal habits to compensate. Methinks there will be more night-before bento-ing next week.

* Both parents are really enamoured with furikake. They have threatened bodily harm if I serve their lunch rice without it | :

* I love having some variation. No more Five Stirfries A Week for me \o/

* My sister noticed that my legs looked thinner today. I thought I noticed the same thing yesterday, so unsolicited confirmation is good. Though really, this is probably more likely to be due to the change-up in my gym routine.

On to Week 2!

Tasted pretty alright, too :D

How've you been, Sivu? It's been a while... You're all relationshippy now, y?

I bet! Did it take you a long time to prepare them?

I'm all relationshippy, yes *^___^* So, I've been doing splendidly! :D Though I've been away from LJ quite a lot, because I moved and didn't get Internet for the first two weeks, and hung out with the boyfriend most of the time anyway :) Other than that, life is school and scouting - the normal.

Most of the prep was on Sunday night: making burgers and vegie sides and then freezing them. Then it's just a case of pulling stuff out in the morning and cooking up some rice. I've just finished this week's prep - prawn and turkey shuumai dumplings, earl grey tea muffins and onigiri are in the freezer now. Om nom nom :D

So glad you're happy and doing well, love ♥ Though, of all the flist, you usually seem to be the one getting on without major dramas...

BWAHAHA! Just thank your lucky stars I can't send scents through the intarwebz, or you'd be really hungry. Like me. Those dumplings smelled so good, but ne touchez pas till Wednesday *sigh*

Lucky : P Drama is so... dramatic... and eventful when it's someone else's life, but sucks when it's happening to you...
